Solar hot water system component and how it work?

1. Solar collector - glass evacuated tubes include with heat pipe

The glass tube is composed of two concentric glasses and coated with radiant absorber layer (SS-AINx/Cu) which is characteristic in low emission and does good heat absorption. Then copper heat pipe will works as heat transfer to water tank and exchanging its temperature. Temperature in heat pipe header can be raised up to 150-180° c so the water flow temperature range is 60-90 c. The heat pipe media is non-toxic liquid which it will not direct contact to water which save in use and save in life time of solar collector. You can be sure that it won’t have any slag inside the Vacuum tubes because water didn’t flow into the tubes.

2. Hot water Tank: The tank composes of two layers to protect heat and it is a close system pressurized tank. They used Polyurethane foaming as a storage tank insulation that can keep hot water for 2-3 days. There have no need for extra water pump and float valve. We provide various size of tank capacity which depends on number of user and amount of use. (30-40L / person /day) at temp 60°c

Inner tank : SS41 with PE coating 5 mm.

Tank type : Pressurized tank with working pressure 6 bars. (No floating valve)

Tank insulation : Polyurethane foam thickness normally at 35 mm (customized allow)

Solar collector : Glass vacuum tubes with Heat pipe (tube in tube)

Heater : Heater

All Part Warranty : 1 yr. labor cost and accessories
Hot water Tank Warranty : 3 yrs. Proper use conditions and soft water
Heat pipe System Warranty : 5 yrs. Proper use conditions and soft water

All warranty is not cover all unexpected cases and natural crisis. Only In Thailand

The Tank storage of hot water is designed with good insulation (Polyurethane foam) easy to maintenance and life time more than 10 years. Support electricity is 10% from the total energy use.
